【学校介绍】 哥伦比亚大学（Columbia University），简称为哥大，正式名称为纽约市哥伦比亚大学（Columbia University in the City of New York），美国大学协会（AAU）的十四所创始院校之一，常春藤盟校之一。哥大是美国历史最悠久的五所大学之一，US News美国大学排名第2名。

巴黎政治学院（法文：Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris；英文：Paris Institute of Political Studies）简称“巴政（Sciences Po）”，是一所由埃米尔·布特米于1872年建立，位于巴黎市中心的世界顶尖社科类大学校，系法国政治学院（IEP）系统最高学府，附属于巴黎大学的行政独立法人，在欧洲乃至世界享有盛誉，为欧洲社会科学大学联盟、国际事务专业学院协会成员。

【专业介绍】

This two-year programme, built on the complementary approaches of two prestigious members of the Global Public Policy Network (GPPN), combines the study of economics, public administration, global health and management.

It is designed for young professionals who want to gain an expertise in the management and evaluation of public policy at the heart of two major international cities.

Students follow first-year courses at the Master in Public Policy at Sciences Po and second-year courses at the Master in Public Administration at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).

Upon successful completion of the two years, students receive two degrees: the Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po and the Master of Public Administration from SIPA.（摘自官网）
